4 dl wheat-flour
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
50 g butter or margarine
2 dl cold milk
You can also use a scone mix (approx. 400 g)
1 dl finely grated parmesan and/or 1 tbs caraway seeds
Grease and dust the Omnia food holder. Mix the wheat-flour, salt and baking powder. Mix in the parmesan cheese and/or caraway seeds. Rub in the butter/margarine with your fingers. Add the milk and mix. Put the dough on a lightly floured baking tray and knead thoroughly. Divide into 8–10 pieces and place in the food holder. Bake for approx. 30 minutes.
