Here’s a tip on how you can nail your cooking every time with your Omnia!
➡️ When baking bread, cakes, or other recipes that rise, fill the Omnia® dish only halfway.
For dishes that don’t rise, you can fill it a bit more — but always leave at least 2.5 cm of space at the top. Overfilling may cause the bottom to burn before the top is fully cooked..

Serves: About 4
Prep and cook: About 60 minutes
INGREDIENTS
8 boiled potatoes (medium, about 1 lb/500g)
6 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 large brown onions
3½ Tbs (50 ml) olive oil

🔥 TIPS FOR SUCCEEDING WITH YOUR OMNIA 🔥
The Omnia® dish must always be well greased, and when baking, it should also be floured. Bake on low heat and expect it to take the same amount of time as in a regular oven. Keep in mind that the heat can vary between different stoves. The first time you use your Omnia, try a simple recipe, such as an easy sponge cake, to learn how to judge how the heat works on your stove. Happy cooking! 🧑🍳
