NEW TO THE OMNIA OVEN? 👀
The most common newbie mistake? Burning your food. Let’s talk heat control 🔥
Be gentle with the heat – especially on gas, it’s easy to go too hot.
Heat guide:
• Portable electric hot plate (2,000 W): Use high heat
• Alcohol stove (2,000 W – Origo/Cookmate): Just under half power
• Gas hob (2,500 W): Start just above the lowest flame
Pro tip 👇
For short bakes (10–20 min) preheat the stainless steel base on high for about 3 minutes.
Master the heat and you’ll have perfect bakes every time ✨
Vegetarian Zucchini Parcels with a Creamy Spinach & Cream Cheese Filling 🌱
Low carb and gluten-free!
What you need (for 2 people):
2 zucchinis
250 g plain cream cheese
1 clove of garlic
1/2 jar sun-dried tomatoes
4–5 basil leaves
1 can chopped tomatoes
A handful of grated cheese or Parmesan
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs
👉Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin, flat strips using a vegetable peeler.
👉Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Mix everything together with
the cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
👉Place two zucchini strips next to each other horizontally, then lay two more strips
vertically on top so they overlap and form a cross. Add one tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture to the center and fold over the ends of the zucchini strips. You should now have small zucchini parcels.
👉Add the chopped tomatoes to the Omnia and season with salt and pepper. Place
the zucchini parcels on top, sprinkle with a handful of cheese, and bake over low to medium heat for about 20–30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
Enjoy your meal!
