Baking pizza in your Omnia is easy and convenient. Just use a ready-made pizza kit with rectangular dough and sauce, stuffed with your favoriet cheese and toppings. Be careful about the heat – if it is too high, the bottom can burn easily.
1 pizza kit (dough and sauce)
1 lb grated cheese
½ lb chopped smoked ham (or whatever you prefer)
Unroll the dough and roll or stretch it until it is about 18 by 12 inches.
Spread the sauce over the dough, cover with ham and cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
Fold the long sides together and pinch the edges together to seal.
Lay the pizza in the baking pan, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with a bit more oregano.
Bake at medium heat for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crusty.
Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
