Usage tips

Potatoes and vegetables with sausage
Place potatoes and vegetables in the bottom of the pan. Cut small incisions into spicy sausages and place them on the upper oven rack. The flavour and spices from the sausages will drip down and enhance the taste of the vegetables during cooking.
Chicken with vegetables
Place marinated chicken on the upper oven rack to give vegetables and potatoes at the bottom a lovely flavour boost during cooking.
