4 medium waxy potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 oz (25 g) melted butter
½ cup (50 g) grated parmesan cheese + extra for topping
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
Butter for muffin tin
Method
Grease the muffin tin and place in the Omnia mold.
Wash and thinly slice the potatoes, preferably using a mandolin. Place the grated potato in a bowl. Add the olive oil, melted butter, parmesan cheese, and spices.
Distribute the potatoes evenly into the muffin tin. Top with a little extra Parmesan cheese. Bake on the lowest heat for about 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to test if the potatoes are cooked.
