General information

Welcome to Omnia. By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders, except for the USA, are sent from Sweden.
Orders placed are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2-7 days depending on destination.
Shipping costs are not refunded for any returns.
Our shipping partner’s terms and conditions may apply.

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.
All returns must be notified in advance to customerservice@omniasweden.com
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns exceeding a value of €75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds are processed through Stripe once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Products will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged, and this information must be provided in advance with the pre-notified complaint.
Refunds for original shipping charges are not provided unless there is a fault with the item.
